Description
Prospeum is hiring an Implementation & Success Consultant to own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live and long-term customer success. The role translates customer requirements into scalable solution designs, trains customers on Prospeum, coordinates with Product, Engineering, and leadership, manages risks and stakeholder expectations, drives retention and expansion, and converts customer feedback into product improvements. The position requires 3–5 years of software, SaaS, implementation, customer success, or consulting experience, strong project management and enterprise architecture knowledge, technical curiosity, fluent German and English, and an entrepreneurial mindset. It offers a hybrid arrangement with three office days and two days from home, plus a performance-based bonus and development budget.
