Description
AppViewX is hiring an Implementation Architect to lead customer onboarding, solutioning, adoption, and ongoing use of its AppViewX platform for automating IT network infrastructure and public key infrastructure. The role works with Customer Success and Design Architects, advises customers on technical challenges, identifies growth opportunities, partners with product and engineering teams on roadmap planning, and contributes to customer experience improvements. Candidates need at least five years of technical implementation experience, three years of customer-facing technical experience, programming and API skills, and strong PKI, certificate lifecycle, and infrastructure knowledge.
