Orb is hiring an Implementation Architect to serve as a technical partner to customers after they sign, owning the post-sales implementation journey from kickoff through go-live and beyond. The role involves understanding pricing models and data architecture, mapping business logic to Orb’s platform, guiding API and integration decisions, troubleshooting implementation issues, supporting strategic accounts, and advocating for scalable product improvements. Candidates need at least four years of technical post-sales experience, strong API and system-integration knowledge, SQL proficiency, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture. The role supports hybrid work in San Francisco Bay Area, New York, or Amsterdam, with remote roles requiring quarterly in-person participation.
