Description
The Implementation Associate builds, tests, delivers, maintains, and supports healthcare integrations for athenahealth clients, managing a high-volume portfolio of interface builds and modifications. The role coordinates technical, functional, and quality requirements; resolves connectivity and electronic data interchange issues; communicates project status and risks; and collaborates with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The position reports to the Operations Manager in Chennai, India, and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience, two to three years of technical project management experience, and availability during US business hours. Healthcare domain experience, HL7 knowledge, SQL, and project management certification are preferred.
