Description
The Implementation Analyst supports the onboarding of new clients onto Clearwater's SaaS platform and service model. The role assesses client requirements, customizes accounting, compliance, performance, risk, and reporting solutions, conducts training, manages client and internal stakeholder relationships, troubleshoots implementation issues, communicates project status and risks, and escalates concerns to the Project Manager. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, relational database and SQL querying experience, and intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
