QuickLaunch Analytics is hiring a full-time BI Solutions Consultant to lead business intelligence implementations for enterprise clients. The role involves configuring QuickLaunch and Microsoft BI components, conducting solution reviews, building ETL pipelines with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, creating and securing Power BI workspaces, and supporting customers remotely. Candidates need at least three years of business intelligence and analytics experience, strong T-SQL and Microsoft BI knowledge, ERP or complex reporting-system familiarity, and a bachelor’s degree. The position is remote or based in the Santa Cruz County, California office, with a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 and a discretionary bonus opportunity.
