The role involves developing and implementing change management strategies to address the human aspects of AI adoption, focusing on assessing change impacts, addressing barriers, and preparing teams to embrace AI transformations. This internally-facing role supports the Transformation and Engagement function.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: leading change management for large-scale AI, technology, or digital transformation programs
technology services or professional services environment
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of AI concepts, ethics, governance, and how AI can be embedded into operations and customer experiences
Familiarity with learning and development practices and working with an AI Academy or similar center of enablement
Change leadership across geographically dispersed teams; experience in a hybrid/remote work setting
Change analytics capability: defining and tracking adoption metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
