Description
The Implementation Consultant I will execute customer project onboarding and configuration for Revenova's TMS platform, translate requirements into scalable system designs, configure and test solutions, lead super-user training, coordinate UAT, and provide post-go-live support. The role is full-time and remote within the United States, with occasional travel and preferred availability in listed states. It requires 1–2 years of implementation, onboarding, or system administration experience in transportation or logistics software, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote cross-functional team.
