Description
Dayforce is hiring an Implementation Consultant for its Services Consulting team. The role supports enterprise customers through the full Dayforce HCM implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, payroll integrations, workshops, risk management, and post-go-live support. The consultant focuses on time, attendance, scheduling, payroll connectors, and related HCM processes, collaborating with senior consultants, project managers, payroll partners, and cross-functional teams. Candidates should have at least two years of HCM application consulting, HRIS implementation, or related customer-facing software consulting experience, plus knowledge of HCM/payroll processes, SQL/XML/XSLT, REST APIs, SaaS/cloud environments, testing, troubleshooting, and client relationship management.
