Smartly, a Datacom Company, is hiring an Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end customer onboarding from sign-up through a successful first payroll run. The role involves understanding customer payroll processes, configuring Smartly, migrating and reconciling employee and payroll data, testing, troubleshooting, customer training, go-live support, relationship management, and continuous improvement. The position is ideally based at the Lower Hutt head office near Wellington, with Auckland candidates considered and largely online work once trained.
