Gatekeeper is hiring a fully remote Implementation Consultant / Solutions Engineer for Ontario-based applicants to serve as the day-to-day technical contact for a portfolio of customers on its contract and third-party risk management platform. The role focuses on customer implementation, workflow and configuration management, technical troubleshooting, customer adoption, renewal support, and identifying expansion opportunities while partnering with a Senior Solutions Engineer and Account Director. Candidates should have 3+ years in a customer-facing technical SaaS implementation/support role, strong communication and organizational skills, experience with configuration and data migration, and an interest in AI and SaaS customer success.
