Description
The Implementation Consultant will support customer implementations of Amtech’s ERP and industry-specific solutions by gathering requirements, configuring solutions, documenting and testing implementations, training end users, and transferring ERP knowledge. The role partners with customers on solution design, supports presentations, proposals, presales, risk resolution, process improvement, and peer mentoring, with travel of up to 50%. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Packaging, or a related field (or equivalent experience), at least five years of professional services or ERP software experience, and strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and independent-work abilities. Printing or packaging industry experience is preferred.
