Description
Redwood is hiring an Implementation Consultant to assist customers with installing, configuring, training, and using Redwood automation solutions across distributed and heterogeneous enterprise platforms. The role includes analysis, scoping, effort estimation, architecture and installation recommendations, project coordination, customer communication, and travel to customer, partner, and Redwood sites. Candidates need at least five years of IT consulting experience, object-oriented coding ability, SaaS and integration knowledge, cloud and identity-provider familiarity, SSO and scheduling knowledge, and experience with UNIX, Windows, Linux, APIs, and communication protocols.
