Description
The Implementation Consultant will support customer implementations of Amtech’s ERP and industry-specific solutions by gathering requirements, configuring solutions, creating documentation and training materials, testing, training end users, contributing to solution design, presentations, proposals, presales, risk resolution, and continuous improvement. The role requires customer-facing consulting and communication, project prioritization across concurrent engagements, peer mentoring, and up to 50% travel. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience and 5+ years supporting ERP software or delivering professional services are required, with printing or packaging industry experience preferred.
