Description
Box is hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead and manage Box platform implementations for new and existing customers. The role covers project planning, resource management, customer requirements and use-case analysis, design and configuration advice, issue troubleshooting, large-scale data migration, integrations, and adoption planning. The consultant will work with customer stakeholders, Sales, and other Box teams, and may manage multiple concurrent projects. The position requires a four-year degree, at least two years of consulting experience, enterprise-scale deployment experience, project management and customer management skills, and fluent Japanese and English proficiency.
