Box is hiring an Implementation Consultant for its Box Consulting Team in Japan to help enterprise and new customers adopt Box for cloud content management. The role focuses on leading customer implementations, project planning and management, troubleshooting, supporting data migrations, advising on design and configuration using Box best practices, coordinating with sales and CSM teams, and driving customer adoption and expansion. Candidates should have a four-year degree, at least two years of consulting experience, project management experience, enterprise deployment experience, strong Japanese and English communication skills, and familiarity with SaaS and enterprise software.
