Corebridge Financial is hiring an Implementation Consultant in its Implementation Services New Business department. The role leads onboarding for new retirement plans, transfer plans, and internal conversions, coordinating scope, project plans, meetings, systems, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders through implementation. It serves as a retirement-plan subject matter expert, resolves issues, tracks milestones and results, conducts quality reviews and lessons learned, improves customer satisfaction and processes, coaches team members, and manages implementation knowledge resources. A bachelor's degree or equivalent background and at least five years of related experience are required; remote candidates will be considered.
