Dayforce is hiring a bilingual Implementation Consultant to lead Powerpay payroll implementations from kickoff through go-live. The role involves gathering and analyzing customer payroll requirements, configuring and validating payroll data, managing testing and risks, communicating project status, training customers, supporting the first live payroll, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Candidates need bilingual English and French communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with payroll, HR technology, software implementation, or a related field, and willingness to support customers across Eastern and Pacific time zones.
