HSI Donesafe is hiring an Implementation Consultant to manage and deliver customer implementations of its cloud-based workplace health, safety, and compliance platform. The role includes leading kickoff meetings and workshops, coordinating internal and client stakeholders, configuring the Injury & Claims Management system, managing data imports and testing, handling change requests, supporting go-live and hypercare, and maintaining project documentation. Candidates should have implementation and SaaS experience, preferably in occupational health and safety or workers compensation, along with project management, Microsoft Office, CRM, Salesforce, communication, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills.
