Description
HSI Donesafe is hiring an Implementation Consultant to manage SaaS implementations for workplace health, safety, and compliance customers. The role leads project kickoffs, workshops, configuration of the Injury & Claims Management system, data imports, testing, change requests, go-live and hypercare activities, while coordinating internal teams, clients, workers compensation agents, and technical resources. It also requires managing multiple projects, maintaining documentation, providing progress updates, and resolving customer and implementation issues.
