Levelpath is hiring an Implementation Consultant in New York City to support customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing value delivery for its AI procurement platform. The role partners closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, manages enterprise customer relationships and health, creates documentation and best-practice guides, and helps improve internal processes and systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce. This is a full-time position with 6+ years of experience preferred, including 4+ years in a direct customer-facing role, and it offers a competitive OTE of $150,000-$200,000 plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
