Pavago is hiring a full-time remote Implementation Consultant to lead SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-launch adoption. The role combines project management, business process analysis, software configuration, data migration, integrations, client onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and technical consulting. Candidates need at least three years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, client onboarding, customer success, or SaaS/cloud platform implementation, along with strong project management, communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. The position works during U.S. client business hours and offers growth into senior implementation, solutions, customer success, professional services, or technical account management roles.
