Description
GovPilot is hiring a full-time Implementation Consultant for its Professional Services team to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for municipal governments. The role covers configuration, setup, data migration, training, change management, QA, post-launch transitions, project risk management, pre-sales feasibility, and feedback to Product and Engineering. Candidates need at least six years of SaaS implementation or professional services experience, strong SaaS and data-management knowledge, complex client relationship and process-reengineering skills, and experience leading multi-stakeholder change initiatives. The position is available immediately anywhere in the United States and does not offer visa sponsorship.
