Description
SupportYourApp is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end B2B SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live. The role involves discovery of procurement and finance processes, platform configuration, data mapping and migration, stakeholder management, workshops and onboarding, creation of enablement materials, and collaboration with Sales, Product, QA, and engineering teams. Candidates need at least one year of relevant customer-facing implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer success experience, advanced English, strong spreadsheet and analytical skills, familiarity with complex SaaS, ERP, CRM, APIs, and integrations, and strong change-management and communication abilities. The position is fully remote with a Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EDT schedule; compensation is in USD, but no amount is stated.
