Description
SupportYourApp is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end B2B SaaS customer implementations from kickoff through go-live. The role involves discovery, workflow configuration, project and stakeholder management, data mapping and migration, client workshops, onboarding, enablement documentation, and collaboration with Sales, Product, QA, and engineering teams to resolve technical blockers and improve the product. The position is fully remote with a Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EDT schedule; engagement terms may vary and may include employee or independent-contractor arrangements.
