Protime is hiring an Implementation Consultant to support the implementation of HRIS software projects for Dutch-speaking Belgian customers, focusing on time registration and planning. The role involves analysing customer needs, configuring and customizing software, providing training and support, and collaborating with colleagues. Candidates should have an analytical mindset, strong Dutch and English skills, a master’s degree or equivalent experience, and an affinity for software and HR technology; HR experience is a plus. The position offers flexible working hours and working from home, with an annual base salary of €25,000–€40,000 plus fringe benefits.
