Built is hiring an Implementation Consultant II to manage a strategic portfolio of complex client implementations for enterprise-scale lending clients, including owners, developers, and general contractors. The role owns end-to-end delivery, leads discovery and planning, manages escalations, identifies process improvements, contributes to cross-functional initiatives, and uses AI tools to improve implementation efficiency. Candidates should have 2–4 years of SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery experience, with construction industry experience strongly preferred. The position offers $90,000–$115,000 USD annually plus equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
