Built is hiring an Implementation Consultant II to manage a strategic portfolio of complex enterprise lending implementations for community banks and credit unions. The role owns end-to-end delivery, leads discovery and planning, manages escalations, identifies process improvements, contributes to cross-functional initiatives, tracks implementation metrics, and mentors junior implementation managers. Candidates should have 2–4 years of SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery experience, strong client relationship skills, and familiarity with lending or construction finance workflows. The position offers $90,000–$115,000 USD annually plus bonus potential, medical, dental, and vision coverage, equity, and other benefits.
