Description
Stripe is hiring an Implementation Consultant to manage the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers from contract signing through launch. The role owns integration architecture, change management, timelines, customer onboarding, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic implementation projects, while partnering with Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams. Candidates need at least six years of experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions, along with project management, communication, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving abilities; payments, API, and SQL experience are preferred.
