Trimble is hiring a full-time Onboarding & Implementation Specialist in Chennai to lead end-to-end Tekla Structures onboarding and implementation for enterprise structural engineering clients. The role covers technical discovery, workflow customization, software troubleshooting, implementation materials, project delivery, client success roadmaps, and collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product Development. Candidates need 4–5 years of Tekla Structures experience, 6–7 years of structural detailing and design experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering, and fluent English; Hindi fluency and experience with international design codes are bonuses.
