Curve Dental is hiring an Implementation Coordinator to act as project manager and primary liaison for new clients adopting Curve Hero Dental Practice Management Software. The role manages multiple concurrent implementations from initiation through completion, coordinates client training and data conversion, communicates timelines and deliverables, resolves implementation roadblocks, and obtains client signoff. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, project or implementation management experience with enterprise software, knowledge of dental or medical business practices, and strong communication skills; SaaS, JIRA, Netsuite, and computer hardware and network troubleshooting experience are assets.
