Description
Clarium is hiring an Implementation Director to own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of enterprise health system accounts, from contract through go-live and steady-state handoff. The role manages implementation plans, technical integrations, workflow configuration, training, stakeholder relationships, risk mitigation, scope tradeoffs, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience. Candidates need 4–8+ years of implementation, professional services, or technical onboarding experience, including healthcare or complex enterprise SaaS exposure and familiarity with EHR/EMR integrations, HL7/FHIR, and hospital IT operations. The position offers a target base salary of $140,000–$170,000, equity, fully remote work with a New York City co-working space, and medical, vision, and dental benefits.
