Description
The Implementation Engineer owns the project-planning, readiness, deployment, go-live, and ongoing support phases of IT implementations at client locations. The role coordinates schedules, dependencies, risks, vendors, and stakeholders; stages, configures, images, and deploys endpoints, network equipment, and site infrastructure; executes migrations and cutovers; provides escalated technical support; delivers user training; and maintains documentation and platform health. It requires at least three years of relevant IT implementation or field engineering experience, travel including overnight trips, after-hours and weekend availability, and legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
