Description
The Implementation Engineer will deploy, integrate, and validate Picture Archiving and Communication Systems and related DeepHealth imaging solutions at hospitals and healthcare facilities. The role coordinates client projects, manages delivery milestones, resolves escalated healthcare IT issues, maintains implementation records, supports customers, and participates in on-call rotations. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of IT implementation or support experience, healthcare IT knowledge, PACS and DICOM expertise, and strong Linux, Windows, networking, and customer communication skills. The position is remote and may require occasional travel.
