DigitalGenius is hiring a remote Implementation Engineer for its EU-based team. The role involves onboarding customers into the DigitalGenius Platform, configuring automation flows, fine-tuning AI behavior, integrating third-party customer service tools through APIs and webhooks, conducting training, monitoring project delivery, troubleshooting technical issues, and gathering customer feedback. Candidates need at least two years of technical implementation or solutions engineering experience, knowledge of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations, coding experience in Node.js and Python, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience managing multiple projects.
