Description
EngFlow is hiring an Implementation Engineer to serve as the technical point of contact for customers during trials and ongoing use, helping them integrate and optimize build workflows. The role involves troubleshooting build systems and environments, supporting product adoption, tracking bugs and feature feedback, creating technical documentation, engaging with developer communities, and improving operational tooling and automation. Candidates need at least three years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles, along with build-system knowledge, programming ability, Linux/Unix, cloud, and communication skills.
