Description
Harbor is hiring a remote Implementation Engineer for its Enterprise Solutions practice in the United States or Canada. The role owns end-to-end implementation of Intapp and other enterprise software solutions for legal, accounting, and consulting clients, including project scoping, integration design, installation, configuration, deployment, upgrades, cloud migration, reporting, training, support, and client communication. It requires a relevant four-year degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of customer-facing software implementation experience in a legal services or law firm environment, with advanced Microsoft SQL expertise and experience integrating systems through REST APIs, XML/JSON, Dell Boomi, Azure Data Factory, and related Azure services.
