Description
The Implementation Engineer executes customer implementation projects across cloud, infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, networking, and security solutions. The role deploys, configures, migrates, validates, and documents customer environments; supports VMware, virtualization, storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and security services; performs migrations and system testing; troubleshoots issues; and coordinates handoffs to operational support. The position requires 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure implementation experience, relevant technical knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with VMware, Veeam, Azure, and related certifications preferred or listed.
