Description
The Implementation Engineer will deploy, configure, integrate, validate, and troubleshoot SPHEREboard in enterprise customer environments. The role partners with customers, project stakeholders, and internal teams through discovery, implementation, testing, production readiness, and handoff, while managing technical requirements, documentation, training, risks, and issue resolution. It requires systems administration, identity and directory, networking, security, SQL, and scripting experience, with preferred experience in identity governance, cloud, database, and enterprise software deployments.
