PathAI is hiring an Implementation Engineer to support digital diagnostics customers, including AI pathology products, clinical trials platforms, and AISight. The role involves building customer relationships, providing hands-on technical implementation and application support, managing implementation schedules and risks, and serving as an escalation point for external clients. Candidates need at least three years of client-facing SaaS implementation experience, strong analytical skills, English fluency, and familiarity with HL7 interfaces and laboratory information systems; the position is based in Boston or remote, with less than 20% travel.
