Unifize is seeking an Implementation Executive to configure their cloud-based platform for manufacturing teams. This remote role involves attending customer meetings, creating task lists, troubleshooting non-technical issues, reporting defects, resolving customer questions, and staying updated on product features. The ideal candidate will enjoy working hard, be proficient in English, possess grit, ambition, and a passion for continuous improvement. They must be comfortable with basic coding skills, MS Office, and Google Docs/Sheets, along with a strong interest in software implementation, particularly ERP systems.
