Description

Intuit is looking for experienced Implementation Experts to join their Customer Success team. The role focuses on helping Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) customers achieve quick time-to-value and maximize their investment in the platform. Responsibilities include client consultation, leading IES implementation and configuration, managing multiple project timelines, providing product expertise and training, specializing in multi-entity accounting, resolving complex issues, advising on best practices, capturing customer feedback, and sourcing proactive solutions.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting, with a strong focus on financial software.
hands-on experience with the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES).
at least 3 years of direct experience working with multi-entity companies.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications: QuickBooks certification(s)
Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop
Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, and Payments.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms for diverse audiences.
