DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Implementation General Manager to lead the operational launch and ramp-up of new technology-sector business opportunities. The role owns the implementation plan, staffing strategy, warehouse operations, customer relationships, safety and compliance, performance metrics, and the site’s profit and loss, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers. Candidates need general or senior operations management experience with full P&L ownership, supply chain or warehousing experience, Tier 1 WMS experience, customer relationship experience, and approximately 80% travel. The position may be filled in Fort Worth, Texas; Las Vegas, Nevada; Phoenix, Arizona; or Columbus, Ohio, and may be assigned to the GMI, GMII, or GMIII level.
