Description
Heritage Fencing is hiring a full-time Implementation / Integration Specialist to support operational integrations across a growing platform of fencing companies. The role coordinates ERP, field service management, reporting, workflow, CRM, and process implementation initiatives; travels approximately 75% to portfolio company locations; and works with operating-company teams, project managers, vendors, and senior leadership to standardize workflows, improve reporting, support acquisitions, and drive operational improvements. The position offers a $75,000–$90,000 base salary, bonus opportunity, and flexibility to work onsite at portfolio locations and remotely as workstreams stabilize.
