The internship supports the implementation of systems and professional services for medium- and large-sized clients in the private pension sector. Responsibilities include assisting with system implementation, requirements gathering, documentation, client meetings, and process improvement, while contributing to a positive client experience. The role requires a student in actuarial sciences, information technology, mathematics, or statistics, with strong communication, adaptability, initiative, and interpersonal skills; complementary courses in artificial intelligence or agile methodologies, private-pension business knowledge, and residence in Rio de Janeiro are differentiators.
