Description
The Implementation Knowledge Manager coordinates knowledge transfer and knowledge management activities during client implementations and service transitions. The role gathers and documents operational, technical, and process knowledge; identifies gaps and transition risks; develops transfer plans and tracking mechanisms; facilitates stakeholder workshops; monitors readiness; and supports a smooth handover to ongoing knowledge management and operational teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and proficiency with documentation and knowledge repositories. Hybrid working is supported, along with a cafeteria allowance, home-office allowance, and private health insurance after six months of tenure.
