Kernel is hiring an Implementation Lead to serve as the technical bridge between customer needs and engineering in enterprise deals. The role partners with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering; delivers high-quality proof of concepts; leads implementations from kickoff through go-live; builds bespoke AI agents using Kernel’s tooling; advises multiple clients; and provides feedback to Product. Candidates should have 3–7 years of client-facing analytical or technical experience, technical fluency with APIs and JavaScript, data-system knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience in fast-paced startup environments. The role requires at least four days per week in London and offers £80,000–£120,000 OTE plus equity.
