Capstone is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead the launch, transition, and stabilization of warehouse and distribution operations for a key client. The role serves as the on-site operational lead during startup and transition phases, coordinating implementation plans, labor and staffing, safety and compliance, training, budgets, reporting, and operational readiness. It requires 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or third-party logistics environments, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and requires approximately 100%+ travel.
