Moab is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end customer training, implementation, onboarding, and customer success for its equipment-dealer and rental software platform. The role manages concurrent implementations, creates training and implementation plans, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, resolves operational issues, and develops processes and client relationships. It requires either 8+ years of experience at a top equipment rental company or 4+ years managing complex software deployments, with 10–50% travel and an office in New York City; remote work is open to the right candidate.
