SourceDay is hiring an Associate Implementation Manager to support the setup and onboarding of new customers on its SaaS platform. The role coordinates project timelines and resources, tracks milestones, participates in customer meetings, communicates with stakeholders, maintains implementation documentation, escalates issues, and learns the platform and implementation methodology. It is a hybrid position in North Austin with office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
